Payment

What payments are accepted on website?

We are accepting payments via credit card, bank transfer, GoPay, Shopee Pay, OVO.

Is there a time limit to pay?

Yes, the maximum payment deadline is 90 minutes after the order is made.

Do I need to make payment confirmation?

Yes, after you have made the payment. Please go to Payment Confirmation page on website and input the data.

Can I cancel order after payment?

Can not, purchased items are not eligible for cancellation.

 

Shipping

When will the order be processed?

Orders with verified payments will be processed the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

What shipping service do you use?

Delivery throughout Indonesia using Sicepat, JNE, TIKI.

How do I track my order?

A delivery receipt number will be sent to the email registered in your HAIQA account, the receipt is a link that you can click on to the shipping tracking page.

I have not received my package within the usual time. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately for assistance in checking the existence of your package by sending an email to adminhaiqa@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +62 811-1623-389.

Return Policies

Do you accept product return?

Returning or exchanging products can only be accepted if an error is made by the HAIQA team.

What products can be exchanged?

Product exchange is only valid for the same product. If you want to exchange for different product and size, we will refund according to the invoice, and you can reorder through the website.

How long does the exchange process take?

The exchange of goods will be processed within 7 days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
